An established business
consultant published a book. He needed time to promote
his book and establish himself as a thought-leader in his
particular field. Yet he could not afford to sacrifice
the level of customer service his clients had come to
expect. He required assistance to support the needs of
his clients and execute his PR campaign; but he had no
desire to bring onsite staff into his home-based business.

The client selected a
short-term PR Support Retainer. He already had
a very clear idea of what he wanted to achieve in his PR
campaign: articles, white papers, and speaking engagements.
One
of our Copywriters became familiar with the client's
book and substantiating resources. The copywriter
prepared several ghostwritten articles and a white paper for
the client.
She
worked with the rest of our Marketing Collateral
Development team to prepare an online and offline media
kit for the client. A PR Support Specialist
wrote and distributed press releases to a media list
tailored to the client's specifications and submitted the
client's articles to appropriate online and offline media.
An
experienced Administrative Support Specialist handled
voicemail and email management for the client. She
also handled several mailing projects for the client.

executed a six-month PR campaign for the business
consultant. A plan of action and timeline were created
at the outset of the client relationship. Each
objective was completed and our Virtual Support Team
provided the additional resources necessary to help the
client promote his book, get articles placed in appropriate
trade magazines, and secure speaking engagements with a
number of organizations. The client was able to
establish himself as an expert and give his clients the
attention that they needed.

The Copywriting Challenge
The publisher of a growing,
weekly online magazine needed ongoing writing services; but
was not ready to hire onsite staffing.
The SOHO Support Solution
The client opted for an
ongoing Copywriting Retainer. An experienced
copywriter was assigned as the primary client contact.
The writer managed a major portion of the client's weekly
publication and served as copyeditor. The copywriter
also served as trainer (teaching other writers to meet the
client's specific writing style and editing requirements) on
behalf of the client during periods of increased volume.
SOHO Support Solutions
provided the client with two years of continuous writing
services - with no need to purchase additional equipment or
rent costly office space. This enabled the Publisher
to concentrate on the growth of the online magazine, the
acquisition of lucrative advertising contracts, the planning
of branded, regional networking events, and participation in
several speaking events and panels. Our long-term
partnership helped empower the client's continued growth and
success.

The Non-Profit Challenge
The founder of a newly-formed
non-profit organization had a driving passion for helping
the littlest victims of sexual violence in an overseas
country. She started her organization while still
working full-time, but with an aggressive fundraising plan
ahead she needed help to get her non-profit organization
moving forward.
The SOHO Support Solution
The founder of the non-profit
organization opted for our Instant Virtual Office

Coordinator served as the sole client contact and the

contact information of regional officials, social workers,
educators and others in remote regions.
Our Marketing Collateral
Development Specialists (copywriters and a graphic
designer) carefully developed website content, a media kit,
sponsorship packet and several press releases.
